staff is very helpful and friendly, and professional. Will review ability later date when done........... It's been 3 months I couldn't be more satisfied with the end result. First time in 40 years I'm not using glue on my lowers. Worth every penny

I am so impressed with the staff at Smiles Dental. I called them as soon as they opened yesterday to schedule an appointment for a tooth that had been bothering me. Not only did they tell me I could come on in as soon as I could get there, I ended up needing a crown replaced and they were able to do the whole crown prep and place a temporary crown during that same appointment. Now that's service!!!

Had my 6 month cleaning yesterday. Office was very efficient, hygienist Kristin is fantastic. She has a gentle touch and for me makes the entire procedure as comfortable as possible. Karen

Great staff; very informed, super helpful, and very friendly. Used to be super scared of the dentist but now not so much. Can't help but think that the staff there had something to do with that. Thanks for the great experience. 😊

I had been with Smiles Dental since our move here in 2012. Had no problems until this March, when I learned I needed to have a tooth pulled due to an inept crown procedure I had there in 2016. Apparently the crown was not properly sealed, which allowed slow leakage of bacteria into the tooth cavity, and I ended up with a massive infection. After visits to both a periodontist and surgical dentist, I had the crowned tooth pulled. During the extraction, the crown popped right off of the tooth. This should not have happened -if it had been properly sealed. I've spent thousands of dollars on this, and now if I want an implant I'm going to have to spend thousands of dollars more. When I told Smiles Dental about the tooth extraction, they said nothing. No apology, no offer of compensation for a lost tooth, nothing. I cannot recommend this dental office due to my experience there.
